[tahr-dee] –adjective, -di•er, -di•est.
1.late; behind time; not on time: How tardy were you today?
To many, the prospect of arriving on time is height of uncool, and if that is you, I will let you into a little secret – you are in the minority.
Don’t get me wrong, I am all in favour of being fashionably late to a party or an informal social gathering, but making tardiness a way of life is just bad manners and not something the modern gentleman would entertain.
If there was ever a reason to invest in a luxury watch – what better reason than to make sure you are on time for all of your appointments. Just make sure you use it, there is a certain irony about having an expensive watch AND being fashionably late!
